
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup flax meal
- 3 teaspoons brewer’s yeast
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup peanut butter
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at-least an hour the roll into tablespoon sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Tips:
Leave out the brewer’s yeast and they are a great treat for kids.
